About the Opportunity

The Asset Team strives to deliver a top-tier asset management experience to users in OKX. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of crypto funding movement, portfolio management & asset transparency. By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Asset Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to effectively manage their crypto assets with ease and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive end-to-end vision and strategy for crypto on-chain deposit and withdrawal experiences, developing comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with market demands and user needs
Lead competitive analysis and market research initiatives, staying current with blockchain technology trends to identify and capitalize on innovation opportunities
Champion user-centric design principles across all transaction touchpoints, optimizing conversion funnels and reducing friction while maintaining robust security measures
Create detailed product specifications and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
Own key transaction metrics including conversion rates and processing times, implementing data-driven strategies to optimize performance and user satisfaction
Mentor and coach junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth

What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).
Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions.
In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
