About the Role
Are you a natural problem solver who thrives in the middle of the action? Do you love diving deep into technical challenges while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront? We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer ( 2nd level ) to bridge the gap between customers, engineering, and sales teams. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless tech support experience and driving customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions to customers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to APIs, blockchain technologies, and infrastructure.
- Work with a variety of technologies, but more importantly, be eager to learn and adapt as tools evolve.
- Document technical knowledge, best practices, and troubleshooting steps in ReadMe.com and Open API documentation.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer queries via Freshdesk, live chat, and other ticketing platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to optimize customer experiences and product adoption.
- Analyze and debug logs using GCP, Grafana, and other monitoring tools.

✅ A solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including UTXO/EVMs, PrivateKeys, Mnemonics, and more, to effectively assist customers and troubleshoot technical issues.
Bonus experience (helpful but not required):
- Familiarity with REST APIs, RPC calls, and tools like Postman, Open API (OAS), Git, Docker, Grafana, GCP.
- Programming experience (TypeScript preferred).
- Prior experience in technical support, startup environments, or shift-based work.
