Your career and the team
We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Head of Marketing based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling Finst's marketing strategy and lead its delivery across multiple European markets and channels. Your goal is clear: grow our user base at lightning speed to become market leader in Europe in record time (yes, we dream big).
You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, lead a dynamic team of several marketers and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to effectively capture the attention of crypto investors while enhancing the Finst brand and authority globally.
Your daily adventures will include
Managing the strategy, budget, and execution of our marketing initiatives with a strong focus on product marketing, partnerships, community building and public relations
Growing and mentoring the marketing team and ensuring the effective execution and performance of our marketing plans
Preparing and executing the launch of new products, services and markets
Managing and ensuring a consistent content creation process for our website, blog, marketing materials, social media, and other communication
Working cross-functionally with web development, product, and design to understand and improve acquisition, activation, and retention
Analyzing performance metrics and owning daily, weekly, monthly channel reporting and forecasting
Meeting our spend and volume targets as well as CAC, ROI/ROAS, and LTV goals
Creating & implementing breakthrough 360 digital campaigns tailored to each market and constantly optimizing them
Being our brand ambassador and guarding our brand guidelines
Ensuring compliance with all relevant marketing and advertising regulations including MiCAR

Preferred Experience
What you’ll need to be successful
Fluent in English (additional European languages such as Dutch or German is a plus)
8+ years of experience in a similar role in a high growth environment within the retail financial industry
Strong leadership skills and several years of team management experience
Master’s degree from a top tier university, preferably with a focus on business, marketing, communication or other relevant field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with launching products/services, acquisitions, and managing successful 360 campaigns in multiple EU markets
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-growing start-ups/scale-ups and rapid international expansion
Comfort and experience with quantitative marketing analytics, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and test-and-learn methodologies
Experience with SEA, PPC, SEO, social media, ATL and analytics, as well as knowledge of other online channels, customer journeys, and distribution partnerships
Strong affinity with the financial industry and cryptocurrency landscape, particularly on the European market
