What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to compliance issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Work closely with the compliance team to investigate customer concerns, gather necessary documentation, and ensure that all actions align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in building Wirex multi-language knowledge base and community.
- Be ready to collect feedback from the clients and share the product improvement ideas.
Requirements:
- Advanced/“strong” upper intermediate English (both verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases.
- Highly organized and self-disciplined.
- Able to understand clients' issues, questions, and figure out the best fit solution.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in customer service.
- Familiar with Zendesk/Freshdesk and Atlassian products.
- Passionate about Bitcoins and blockchain technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
