We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our Fireblocks Network team. Reporting to the VP Business Lead - Fireblocks Network, this role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our network partners and product integrations. You will act as a key liaison across functions between our product, operations, and partners, ensuring efficient workflows and successful product/partner launches.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of network partners, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Work with Product and Technical Product Managers to develop and maintain operational documentation, including process flows, troubleshooting guides, and partner communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (support, engineering, compliance) to address partner inquiries and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage partner onboarding processes.
Network Partner Management:
- Collaborate with Business Lead and product managers and act as a point of contact for network partner related inquiries
- Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product development and help prioritize feature requests.
- Support the project management and launch of new partner integrations, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Work with internal teams to automate processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, support, and compliance teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate regular meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to review performance and discuss strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and partner activities.
What you’ll bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, partner management, or customer success within the technology or financial services industry.
- Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
- Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job tasks
- An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a keen ability to translate high-level goals into applicable plans
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Experience in the crypto/digital asset space is a plus.
