About the Role:
The Global Head of Product Partnerships and Business Development is a senior leader responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for the company. This hands-on leader will develop a scalable business development strategy, manage high-impact relationships, and work cross-functionally to leverage partnerships that align with the company’s expansion goals. This leader will have a direct impact on revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning, helping the company forge key relationships that drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate high-impact relationships with key partners, including technology providers, channel partners, resellers, and alliances.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize revenue generation through partnership-driven channels.
- Develop business cases and proposals for new partnerships, working closely with finance and product teams to evaluate ROI and resource requirements.
- Ensure all partnerships are structured to protect the company’s interests, promote mutual value, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and execution driver for all partnerships, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
- Promote skill development and knowledge sharing, empowering the team to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Continuously refine strategies and processes to optimize partnership outcomes and adapt to market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in a hyper-growth tech startup or SaaS environment preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and scaling partnerships that drive revenue and growth; strong network within the tech industry.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills; proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms.
