We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Lead who will own and constantly improve the developer experience on peaq, with the clear North Star of making building on peaq as easy, pleasant, and intuitive as possible.
Your role will be critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our CPO and Co-founder in defining and driving a product vision and strategy for EoT Labs’ flagship project peaq.
- You will own a key vertical of the product stack - the peaq portal.
- Work closely with the ecosystem integrations team, the SDK engineering team, and developers building on peaq to identify needs and pain points.
- Be the voice of the developer internally, making sure developer experience is prioritized across decisions.
- Own and manage the product backlog for the developer platform, defining clear requirements and priorities.
- Continuously improve SDKs, documentation, tooling, and infrastructure, ensuring they meet developers’ real-world needs.
- Set up and maintain feedback loops to track developer satisfaction and measure the impact of improvements over time.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and work closely with engineering, design, ecosystem, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive product development process.
- Gather insights from users, community, ecosystem, and developers to inform product features and enhancements.
- Stay plugged into best practices from leading ecosystems like Solana, Base, and Polkadot, bringing the best ideas back to peaq.
Basic Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience; with at least 3+ years in Web3, blockchain, or DeFi
- Blockchain development experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You'll work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong product mindset — someone who naturally thinks about user needs, prioritization, and delivering value fast, without getting lost in technical rabbit holes.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- High emotional intelligence — able to read the room, manage relationships across teams, and communicate with empathy.
- Can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership — someone who sees problems and runs toward them, not away.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- In depth knowledge of multiple blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, Binance, Cosmos).
- Experience with building and developing a layer 1 blockchain.
- Web development skills.
- GameFi experience.
