What you’ll be doing …
- Development, maintenance, control and continuous updating of the Company’s Projects and Features Roadmap.
- Coordination:
— Simultaneous coordination of multiple projects of different sizes and complexity (from idea to post-production) within B2C and B2B product streams.
— Defining project requirements, project objectives, scoping, estimating, preparation, and maintenance of project documentation.— Planning, organizing, prioritizing, controlling, and evaluating activities of cross-functional teams within projects and products development. - Facilitating meetings, problem resolution, feedback, and cultivating open communication within the team on project planning and execution, project sync up.
- Regular status reporting: within project teams, Steering Committees, and on demand.
- Communications: — with stakeholders (C-level, Senior Leadership).
— with other units (Technical and Product Delivery, Risk and Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing) and cross-functional teams within the company.
— with key partners and 3rd parties.
- Improving project and product delivery processes, either within SDLC and the Company level.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.Experience in management of software delivery, preferably in Fintech domain (is a plus).
- Experience in activities with scope (planning, setting priorities, cutting, etc.), creating Road Map (MS Project or similar), identifying risks, team motivation.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
- Proficient in process documentation and project management tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio.
- Good knowledge & practical experience with Agile/Scrum, PMBOK/PMI (is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytic mindset, ability to structure ideas and features. Confidence and proven experience operating in an environment of change.
- Strong knowledge of how things in finance work, anda strong math background.
- Advanced English — both spoken and written.
