Chainstack is building a new product that empowers cloud and hosting providers to deliver blockchain nodes and APIs as a service. We’re seeking aSenior Product Manager with a proven track record ininfrastructure managementand interest in Web3 to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of this game-changing solution.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all Chainstack’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs and workflows of cloud/hosting service providers
- Develop pricing and licensing models tailored to cloud/hostingservice providers
- Define product requirements by creating clear epics, user stories, and tasks
- Plan and prioritize development work using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to balance capacity with impact
- Analyze product and technical metrics to drive continuous improvements
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape product strategy and prioritize impactful features
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
- Facilitate effective communication across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software product companies, with exposure to cloud and/or hosting infrastructuremanagement solutions
- Decent understanding of Web3, blockchain protocols, and related infrastructure management challenges
- Proven experience in Agile environments using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features and break down complex initiatives into executable user stories
- Proficiency with tools such as YouTrack, Notion, and Metabase
- Solid SQL skills for data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional analytical, creative problem-solving, and process-mapping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
