About the Opportunity
The HRIS Manager will play a key role in maintaining the HRIS system and tools and provide operational and technical support to end-users. You will partner closely with various stakeholders such as the Product & Engineering team, HR COEs, HRBPs and HR Operations teams globally to enhance system solutions in OK Group's in-house built HRIS "OKEngine". The HRIS team strives to build OKEngine into a system that enables users to perform HR tasks in a seamless manner, delivering an optimised user experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with assigned HR COEs to identify requirements for HRIS solutions
- Work with HRIS team members to help define and drive the overall HRIS roadmap
- Maintain and administer the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
- Responsible for system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or features
- Provide end-user training on HRIS functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the HRIS system and tools
- Generate reports and insights by conducting analysis of data collected from our HR chatbot and HR ticketing system
- Ensure that applications integrate into existing and planned infrastructure
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning
- Ensure quality of business processes as well as data quality and integrity
- Actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations
What We Look For In You
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HRIS modules is needed to be successful in this role. Previous experience building internal HRIS from scratch will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR processes with an understanding of core HR systems, which can assist efficiency improvement for the department and optimize the use of HRIS platforms
- Experience being a project manager with the ability to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to deliver goals under tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are needed as there will be regular presentations, briefing/training for different teams and levels of the organisation
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required
