What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the strategic planning and development of the platform’s trading system, covering spot trading, margin trading, futures, and options, supporting daily trading volumes in the billions of USD.

Lead the team in continuously exploring and proposing innovative financial and trading product ideas based on market demands and industry trends to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.

Deeply understand the underlying logic and technical architecture of trading systems, continuously iterating and optimizing products to maintain market leadership in capital efficiency, feature richness, scalability, and simplicity.

Monitor and manage risk controls on the platform, including liquidity risk, market risk, and counterparty risk, ensuring the platform's stable operation.

Conduct ongoing research on institutional and retail users, perform competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities to grow market share and trading volume.

Lead a large cross functional product and engineering team, ensuring efficient product iteration and market innovation capabilities.
What We Look For In You:
-
Proven hands-on experience leading the end-to-end development of complex backend systems such as trading systems, ad systems, e-commerce platforms, or payment systems.

Deep understanding of financial derivatives principles, with experience in designing or significantly upgrading futures and options trading systems from 0 to 1 preferred. Alternatively, candidates with strong learning abilities and experience in similar large-scale systems will also be considered.

Outstanding market insight and strategic judgment, with the ability to identify trends and market opportunities in a fast-changing environment.

Strong execution and leadership skills, capable of driving complex projects and leading large cross functional teams teams.

Excellent data analysis skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support product and business decisions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Top-tier university background (domestic or overseas) and fluency in English preferred.

Experience in stocks, forex, crypto spot/derivatives trading, or quantitative trading is a plus.
