Interop Labs is growing, and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing Axelar’s multi-channel marketing campaigns and growth initiatives; from planning and execution to measurement and attribution.

Define Demand Generation Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize B2B & Developer lead generation strategies across multiple channels to help fill the sales funnel. You’ll have broad ownership of demand planning and campaigns, partnering closely with BD, DevX and Product Marketing to ensure alignment with product strategy, customer targets, and business objectives.
Campaign Management: plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels to help generate growth across the entire funnel, and ensure campaigns are properly set up and monitored. Channels may include on-chain quests, SEM, display, sponsored content, paid social, email marketing, event activations, and more.
Content Development: Working with the Global Comms Lead, manage the creation of engaging assets like webinars, landing pages, and emails in support of the campaigns identified. Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistency of targeting and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and growth strategies in order to optimize spend and refine our targeting.
Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with the BD and DevX teams to establish a continuous feedback loop on lead quality and handoff, campaign performance, and optimizations.
5+ years of experience owning strategy-to-execution of growth marketing or demand generation campaigns
5+ years of experience with campaign measurement & marketing attribution
2+ years managing on-chain quests through platforms like Galxe and Layer3
Experience in fintech, financial services or blockchain
Comfortable working across a range of segments ranging from startups to sales-driven enterprise engagement
Clear communicator and data-driven decision maker
Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team.
Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift, and speed is key.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with both technical and creative expertise.
