About the Role We are looking for a talented Blockchain Engineer to help develop the cross-chain DEX. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy the underlying blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts that power the platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technologies, DeFi trends, and DEX best practices.
- Collaborate with a team of developers, product managers, and designers to ensure that our platform is secure, scalable, and highly performant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain development and a strong understanding of smart contract development, decentralized protocols, and DeFi.
- Experience building or contributing to DeFi protocols (DEX, DEX aggregator, bridges, lending/borrowing, etc.) or building on-chain trading strategies.
- Proficient in Solidity, Rust, Go, or other blockchain-specific programming languages.
- A deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and/or Solana Virtual Machine (SVM).
- Experience with security best practices in blockchain development, including secure smart contract coding and common attack vectors like reentrancy attacks, front-running, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to self-organise and deliver high-quality work.
Nice to Have
- Experience in DEX design, AMM algorithms design, staking, synthetic stablecoins, token design, liquidity incentive design, tokenomics, etc.
- Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions like Optimism, Arbitrum, or zk-Rollups.
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools or monitoring platforms.
