We are currently looking for a Strategy & Projects Intern to join our team for 3 months. The starting date is June 1, 2025 at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to process mapping and the implementation of best practices across the organisation
- Provide support in planning and managing projects (scoping, milestones, deliverables, steering, etc.), as well as hands-on support for selected action items within projects
- Support in updating market research and analysis
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or currently studying
- Strong results orientation, leveraging project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive towards clear recommendations
- Service orientation, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
