Job Overview
We're looking for a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to serve as the bridge between our customers and our technology. In this customer-facing role, you'll be dedicated to supporting successful integrations and providing technical expertise throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance for customer integrations with our platform
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and use cases
- Troubleshoot integration issues and develop solutions to technical challenges
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer-specific needs and bugs
- Conduct technical onboarding sessions for new customers
- Develop demos, proofs of concept, and sample implementations
- Serve as a technical advisor for customers throughout their implementation journey
- Relay customer feedback and requirements to product and engineering teams
- Stay current with blockchain technology and payment integration best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in customer-facing positions
- Strong understanding of API integrations and web technologies
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and web development fundamentals
- Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial services or payment integrations
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain transactions
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns
- Experience with developer tools and documentation
- Background in technical support or technical account management
- Understanding of authentication systems and security best practices
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Next.js
