- Your code is securing real value somewhere in the ecosystem
- You have deep understanding of VMs, smart contract best practices and/or relevant current industry patterns
- You have obvious interest and passion for contributing to the crypto ecosystem
- You’re absolutely relentless and you have a chip on your shoulder
Extra credit for:
- Experience working with bridging technologies, intent/relay networks and/or an understanding of their integration into web applications
- Informed opinions on the rollup ecosystem and current developments in the Ethereum technical roadmap
- Active and demonstrated contributions to open source crypto projects
- Prior experience implementing complex math in Solidity
