As an Risk Manager (m/f/d) at Finoa, you will work within the Risk Management Team.
You are going to support our team with the implementation as well as the improvement of the company's risk framework. You will be a valued advisor to our international team on numerous topics with regards to management of non-financial risks.
- Assist our risk team in the management of financial and non-financial risks.
- Support Risk Team for executing the risk inventory,
- Maintaining the loss event database, and analysing loss events.
- Monitoring and communication of risks, and risk reporting.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of the non-financial risk management policies, procedures, and manuals in line with the relevant regulations.
- Support the risk team risk calculations including stress testing and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to audits and quarterly reports.
- Support Risk Team in management of Outsourcing Controlling Activities.
- At least a bachelor degree in one of the following areas: mathematics, physics, computer science, finance or economics.
- First level of knowledge and experience of the risk management related processes especially in risk analysis, risk assessment, risk reporting.
- Knowledge of the risk management and risk governance relevant regulations.
- Keen interest and experience in the optimization and digitalization of the risk management processes.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and critical thinking.
- A good understanding of Web3 and Blockchain technologies is a major advantage.
- Very good communication skills and willingness to enforce a sound risk culture through employee trainings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, German is a plus.
