Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth initiatives by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates through campaigns, UI/UX enhancements, and cross-business collaborations.
- Coordinate the launch of new partnerships and product features to boost market awareness via various digital marketing channels.
- Identify regional growth opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing within the tech, fintech, or crypto industries.
- Fast learner with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related projects is a plus.
- Bilingual English, Spanish or Portuguese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
