The Manager of Business Partner Finance & Strategy will be the dedicated financial strategist for our operations teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, owning & maintaining financial models, reporting and analytics in support of our leadership team. This role works closely with finance and operations - a strong background in successful business partnering will be necessary. This position is ideally suited for an operator who is passionate about providing data driven insights to accelerate our strategy.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be a strategic thought partner to our Chief Administrative Officer and Finance leadership team by utilizing your financial acumen to analyse results, trends, and key insights
- Lead annual planning, and monthly close and forecast motions for the operations teams. Manage multimillion dollar budgets, with areas of focus including our marketing, communications, legal, corporate security, & people teams.
- Collaborate with and influence cross-functional, global teams to achieve objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities for change, process improvement, and system enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business
- Identify and solve complex business problems through data-driven analysis and storytelling
We are looking for candidates who have/are:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fields
- 5+ years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or other analytical/operational role(s)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and leading through influence
- Exceptional ability to self-manage projects and processes in a fast paced environment
- Strategic acumen, with an ability to connect financial decisions back to corporate strategy
- Experience preparing & leading presentations for company leadership and the board
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, Adaptive, Navan, or Netsuite
- Self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
- Bias for action, and enthusiasm for solving problems

Compensation Range: $105K - $175K
