Teams Mission
The Growth team at Upvest is driving our go-to-market activities and is responsible for Upvest's topline. Our mission is to become the Investment-as-a-Service category leader for Europe's leading brokers, banks, wealth managers, and non-financial platforms. We're honoured to work with some of Europe's most influential brands in a fast-moving and expanding market already and are just getting started. All our team efforts are centred around our clients and give you the opportunity to work on your own projects. Working in the Growth team combines impactful work with a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We have established strong practices around feedback, team health, and social events.

What You’ll Do
Contribute to the evolution of our Business Development by bringing your knowledge and passion to support our go-to-market in the upcoming months, and potentially beyond:
- Strategize and Innovate: Contribute to the development of dynamic outbound strategies and craft meaningful pitches that captivate potential customers, driving our business growth.
- Optimize Sales Performance: Utilize data-driven analyses to design and implement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and productivity of our sales team, ensuring we focus on the right things in our high-growth phase.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with both external stakeholders (clients, partners, etc.) and internal teams (product, finance, legal, etc.) to support and align strategic objectives.
- Lead Market Research Efforts: Conduct independent market research to uncover, gather, manage, and analyze trends and business opportunities, providing valuable insights that influence our strategic direction.
What you’ll bring:
- Availability for a 4–6 month internship
- Eagerness to learn and a strong passion for the Fintech industry
- Have previous work experience in fast-paced or related work environments
- Experience in customer-centric sales processes and client communication
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- A love for challenges and a strong sense of responsibility
