About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, reporting, and cash flow operations. This hands-on role will oversee monthly closes, reconciliations, bill payments, and both fiat and crypto transactions.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, continually improves processes, and strengthens governance and controls while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and discretion.
Your Impact
- Track and categorize inflows, outflows, and transfers
- Maintain organized supporting documentation for all transactions
- Stay current on filing deadlines and assist with extensions, estimates, and required payments
- Handle ad hoc financial requests from founders and executives
- Act as a resource for continuous improvement across family office operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of professional accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Self-starter with bias toward action and ownership
- Strong process orientation, with proven ability to improve systems
- High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with google sheets and accounting software
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Clear communicator
Preferred Requirements
- Exposure to crypto accounting or willingness to learn quickly
- Big 4 Experience
- Spanish speaker preferred
