About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, reporting, and cash flow operations. This hands-on role will oversee monthly closes, reconciliations, bill payments, and both fiat and crypto transactions.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, continually improves processes, and strengthens governance and controls while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and discretion.

Your Impact

Track and categorize inflows, outflows, and transfers
Maintain organized supporting documentation for all transactions
Stay current on filing deadlines and assist with extensions, estimates, and required payments
Handle ad hoc financial requests from founders and executives
Act as a resource for continuous improvement across family office operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 3–5 years of professional accounting/bookkeeping experience
Hands-on monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
Self-starter with bias toward action and ownership
Strong process orientation, with proven ability to improve systems
High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information
Proficiency with google sheets and accounting software
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Clear communicator

Preferred Requirements

Exposure to crypto accounting or willingness to learn quickly
Big 4 Experience
Spanish speaker preferred
