Your mission
Lead the Infrastructure and Platform teams that provide the secure, scalable, and intuitive foundations every CoinTracker engineer builds on – empowering them to ship reliable, high-quality products quickly and confidently.
Your one year outcomes
- Implement scalable infrastructure and platform foundations that support the next phase of CoinTracker’s growth
- Establish a roadmap for developer productivity improvements (e.g., ephemeral environments, platform tooling) that drive meaningful improvements in developer satisfaction and velocity
- Deliver key shared services such as auth, audit logging, observability adopted across all product teams
What you will do
- Lead a team of 5-6 engineers across Infrastructure and Platform, providing clarity, prioritization, and coaching
- Define and drive the roadmap for infrastructure reliability and scalability, developer experience, and core platform services
- Guide the evolution of our architecture toward modular, service-oriented systems

- Communication: Able to clearly talk about the details and also zoom out to the bigger picture

The starting salary for this position is between $264,000-$297,000 USD. Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
