We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our explosive growth. You will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for our core business and technical teams across the globe. Native or bilingual proficiency in English, combined with a solid background in the internet or finance sector, is crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from job briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strategic Global Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive, high-caliber candidates, including bilingual and overseas talent, using channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other direct sourcing methods.
- Compelling Employer Branding:
- Craft and publish clear, persuasive, and professional English Job Descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and showcase our company culture.
- Represent [Company Name] professionally at all touchpoints, providing an exceptional candidate experience for international applicants.
- Rigorous Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct fluent and professional phone/video screenings in English to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers in the tech and product/finance departments, demonstrating a strong understanding of their talent needs.
- Data-Driven Approach: Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track key recruitment metrics, and generate regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline health.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Background:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a recruitment role, specifically within an Internet/Technology company (e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, Gaming) or a Financial Services institution (e.g., Banking, Brokerage, Payments).
- Superior English Proficiency:
- Written: Ability to write professional, grammatically flawless, and engaging English for JDs, candidate emails, and business correspondence autonomously, without reliance on translation tools.
- Spoken: Confidence and fluency in conducting professional interviews and complex business discussions in English with native speakers. Must be clear, articulate, and able to build rapport effectively.
- Technical Recruiting Acumen:
- Proven experience in hiring for technical (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps) or business (e.g., Product Managers, Financial Analysts, Risk Operations) roles.
- Familiarity with mainstream recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
