Your role:
- Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple business units.
- Analyze the company’s financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support decision-making by preparing detailed variance analyses and management reports.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments.
- Partner with leadership to optimize costs, improve profitability, and track KPIs.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze information on the macro environment, financial market, and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What makes you stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is a must.
- 2–3 years of total experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analysis, or financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with BI tools ( Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
