Your role:
- Ensure the precise, timely, and reliable execution of all client communications across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Implement and optimize automated campaigns and triggered flows across direct channels
- Partner with internal teams, including Content, Design and Product, to design, validate and launch new campaigns.
- Translate cross-functional briefs into structured, executable operational plans.
- Define and manage client segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience.
- Own the communications calendar, set prioritisation and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Safeguard communication integrity by monitoring cadence, conflicts and message overlap.
- Analyse campaign performance and drive continuous cross-channel optimization.
- Maintain and improve operational tooling, templates, workflows and data logic.
- Provide visibility, reporting and operational insight to support decision-making.
What makes you stand out:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in client communication and campaign automation.
- Proven track record in client retention, campaign optimization, and journey automation.
- Proficiency in client segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset that turns reporting data into clear insights.
- A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
