Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
- Validate invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and agreed commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and approvers to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Prepare and execute vendor payments via online banking and payment platforms.
- Post AP transactions and perform basic reconciliations of vendor accounts.
- Monitor and apply debit and credit memos, ensuring accurate balances.
- Process employee expense reimbursements and cash advances.
- Support BIR-related reporting and tax computations for payables.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready AP documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements.
- Adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any business-related course.
- At least 2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
- Basic understanding of AP processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in expense tracking and payment processing.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with clear communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Oracle NetSuite, ERPs or payment systems is an advantage.
