What you’ll do
KOL Sourcing & Recruitment
Identify and source relevant Web2 and Web3 KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Build and maintain a KOL database and pipelineAssist in evaluating creators based on engagement, audience quality, and content fit
Campaign Execution & Support
Support planning and execution of KOL campaigns from briefing to publishingCoordinate content submissions, reviews, revisions, and publishing timelinesEnsure KOLs follow campaign requirements, including referral links and CTAsTrack deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion
Agency & External CoordinationAssist in managing relationships with KOL agencies
Collect proposals, quotes, and creator shortlistsSupport coordination for larger campaigns, offline activations, or special events
Documentation & Operations
Assist with contract coordination and briefing document distributionMaintain trackers for KOL status, timelines, and deliverablesCollect post-campaign metrics (views, engagement, signups) and support reporting
Performance Tracking & Learning
Help track campaign performance and basic KPIsSupport post-campaign reviews to identify insights and optimization opportunities
What you’ll need
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing operations, or related roles
- Strong interest in creator economy, social media, and digital marketing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Good communication skills; comfortable following up with creators and agencies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or agencies
- Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, manual analysis)
- Interest in payments, fintech, or digital wallets
