About the team
Our Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, playing a vital role in Paxos' growth and market leadership. We work closely with product teams to shape roadmaps based on market insights, enable our sales organization with compelling narratives and materials, and drive successful product launches that resonate with our enterprise clients. The team combines deep technical understanding with strategic thinking to translate complex blockchain solutions into clear value propositions that drive adoption of Paxos' infrastructure.
About the role
As the Product Marketing Lead for Platform, you'll shape how we position and take to market Paxos' core infrastructure capabilities that power the world's leading financial institutions. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for our foundational technology platform, working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption of our blockchain-based infrastructure solutions including Paxos Crypto Brokerage and Payments. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence how we communicate complex technology to sophisticated enterprise clients while helping define an entirely new category in financial services.
What you'll do
- Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' platform offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback
- Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our platform capabilities
- Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution
- Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure for financial institutions
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
- Collaborate with design teams to create visuals that effectively communicate our platform's technical architecture
About you
- 7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of success in B2B technology or financial services
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to enable sales teams
- Experience marketing complex technical products to sophisticated enterprise buyers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
- Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
Compensation Range: $166,304 - $190,761
