At Kraken, our Product Growth team is the driving force behind how the world discovers, learns about, and engages with our products and brand. We combine creativity, data, and technology to accelerate global awareness, acquisition, and retention — all in service of Kraken’s mission to bring crypto to the world.
We operate like a high-performing startup within Kraken — testing, learning, and scaling what works as we communicate the value of our core products. From driving discoverability in the next generation of search and AI to optimizing in-app visibility and cross-promoting features, we’re obsessed with finding innovative ways to grow Kraken’s brand, expand our user base, and increase user value.
As part of this mission, you’ll help shape how clients experience Kraken across touchpoints — crafting content that educates, inspires, and drives engagement at every stage of the marketing funnel.
The opportunity
- Deliver compelling content across a range of mediums — including short-form copy, long-form articles, video, and audio — and channels such as Kraken.com, social platforms, and email.
- Distill the value propositions of Kraken’s products into clear, motivating messaging that drives client action.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data, Design, Compliance, and SMEs across the organization to support and optimize product growth initiatives.
- Continuously refine and optimize deliverables based on data-driven insights and performance learnings.
Skills you should HODL
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy and development, or digital marketing within finance or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to distinct audiences and market segments.
- Experience simplifying complex technical or financial concepts for sophisticated readers.
- Deep understanding of the psychology, language, and needs of Kraken’s client segments.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset, adept at using data and intuition to inform strategy and optimize content performance.
- High level of accountability and follow-through, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under shifting priorities.
- Native-level English proficiency.
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with global financial markets, emerging technologies, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Experience developing content for AI-driven or emerging search channels (e.g., Google AEO, Perplexity, ChatGPT Browse, Gemini). - Exposure to product-led growth environments or performance marketing functions.
- Passion for the future of finance, technology, and digital assets.
