Your role:
You will implement and maintain the marketing technology stack end-to-end: configure event tracking, build automation workflows, ensure data quality and privacy compliance, and deliver dashboards the team can trust.
- Implement and test end-to-end event tracking flows across GTM, Segment, Adjust, and GA4; resolve discrepancies with Engineering and validate attribution.
- Script API jobs, manage ETL tasks, and streamline market operations to reduce manual effort.
- Configure and maintain customer data flows within Segment CDP for targeted marketing activities.
- Run peer reviews on new configurations, maintain CMP/OneTrust mappings, and address PII risks.
- Scope cross-team requirements, prioritize by business impact, and deliver on schedule with Marketing, BI, and Engineering.
- Track and analyze mobile performance through Adjust to optimize marketing activities.
What makes you stand out:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role (tech, fintech, or crypto preferred).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and advanced certifications in at least one.
- Working proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Segment CDP.
- Experience with a mobile measurement partner (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar).
- SQL skills sufficient for data pulls, QA, and troubleshooting ETL tasks.
- Familiarity with data privacy tools (OneTrust or similar) and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently across cross-functional teams.
- Clear communicator who can relay technical requirements and project status across different teams.
- English B2 or above.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Coursework or certification in data analytics and performance measurement.
- Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) for custom automation or data transformation.
- Prior experience in crypto, Web3, or financial products.
