As a Business Development Intern at Finoa you will be having the opportunity of developing valuable learning experiences to aspiring professionals. Our mission for the Business Development Internship is to offer hands-on training and mentorship to interns, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the competitive world of business development.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis.
Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to pitch products/services to prospective clients.
Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Assist in conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
Provide administrative support to the Strategy and Growth Team team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining documentation.
Participate in team meetings to enhance your understanding of business development strategies and best practices.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not required
