Overview:
LCX is on a mission to redefine finance as we know it, becoming a new category leader innovating capital markets powered by blockchain technology. LCX is a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal and Executive Assistant to the Management and Board of Director with excellent German and English language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of administrative tasks for the Board of Director and Chief Executive including managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and securely handle sensitive material with strictly confidential personal and company topics in a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with partners, clients, all levels of staff, and vendors.
- Managing meeting schedules, agendas for internal and external meetings, maintaining minutes, and following up on action items.
- Working effectively with other support teams (Finance, Administration, Human Resources, IT).
- Supporting billing/timesheet maintenance.
- Managing travel logistics, Reviewing and processing expense reports.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations and help define new operational procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Consulting Experience is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent German Language Experience. Perfect in English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Powerpoint, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Slack.
- Should be able to effectively communicate, collaborate and build trust with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Should be able to build good relations, spread positivity.
- Should have the ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines, and complete work independently.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Project Management Professional desirable.
- Already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate. Swiss or EU passport holder is a must.
