Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive business growth
- Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts
- Partner with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development process
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful software products
- Deep understanding of the finance industry and market trends
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
