We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Specialist in Sales Development and Customer Acquisition. As a key contributor to our sales and marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Your main focus will be on generating a steady stream of high-quality SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), conducting sales conversations, and/or scheduling appointments between potential customers and one of your sales colleagues. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-quality potential customers.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, and Sales Excellence to make lead generation more effective, traceable, and continuously improved.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and understand the right target audiences, including the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas.
- Create needs analyses to understand evolving customer requirements and provide valuable content and insights.
- Utilize modern automation tools and AI technologies to optimize and simplify the lead generation process.
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies and campaigns to engage and convert potential prospects.
- Proactively drive targeted cold-calling activities to generate qualified leads and revenue for our SaaS company.
What you bring to the table:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in Business Development (BizDev) with an excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies and a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional integrity, credibility, and strength of character as a team player, as well as a pragmatic attitude, perseverance, and persistence in pursuing goals.
- Strong communication skills in English and ideally one or more additional languages, as well as empathy and exceptional relationship-building abilities with potential customers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for efficient prioritization and a clear focus on shared success.
- Experience with modern automation tools, CRM systems, and best practices for sales optimization, along with an understanding of the target market and potential customers, is desirable.
