About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Executive Business Partner to provide strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional emotional intelligence, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, helping drive key initiatives while managing critical administrative functions.

What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership
Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadershipAnalyze and synthesize complex information to support decision-makingProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiencyDevelop and maintain strategic frameworks and executive dashboards
Business Operations
Manage complex calendaring and prioritization of executive's timeCoordinate high-stakes meetings and strategic initiativesOversee project timelines and ensure accountability for deliverables
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate effective communication across all organizational levelsRepresent the executive in key meetings and follow up on action itemsDevelop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies and protocols
Resource Management
Coordinate travel logistics and complex schedulingManage confidential information and sensitive communicationsOversee administrative processes including expenses and documentationOptimize resource allocation and budget management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellence in prioritization and project management
- Proficiency in modern business technologies and tools
This role is based in our San Francisco Office and will be required to come in Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.
