OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE
Wirex Pay is a cutting-edge stablecoin payment platform powered by Zero-Knowledge (ZK) technology. Our mission is to bridge the gap between Web3 and traditional finance by delivering innovative, decentralized payment solutions. With non-custodial Visa card integration and real-time stablecoin payments, we empower users and partners to access seamless, secure, and scalable payment systems.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to lead the growth and adoption of Wirex Pay in the rapidly expanding Web3 and decentralized payments ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record in scaling financial technology solutions.
MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES
Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard B2B and B2B2C clients, including merchants, financial institutions, and enterprise partners, to drive global adoption of Wirex Pay solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Craft compelling pitches tailored to client needs, emphasizing Wirex Pay’s unique stablecoin and ZK technology capabilities.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation and satisfaction with Wirex Pay solutions.
- Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and enhancements.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience as a corporate sales executive, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or payment platforms.
- In-depth understanding of stablecoin payments, Visa/Mastercard systems, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Demonstrated success in driving product scaling and global market adoption.
- Familiarity with loyalty and rewards systems is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and decentralized payments.
