We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a rewards engine on top of our current platform. As the sole product owner for this newly established business unit, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the vision and direction of the product. This role focuses on designing features tailored to affluent B2C customers, requiring a deep understanding of market trends and creativity to engage this niche audience.
You will work closely with product marketing and communications teams to craft the go-to-market strategy, leveraging key insights into customer behaviour and market needs. As a strategic thinker, you will prioritize features and manage product schedules to maximize impact and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Analyze current user base, behaviour, and untapped market segments to collaborate with leadership on a comprehensive product plan.
Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a yearly roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, to develop effective product positioning and messaging.
Product Development: Create user stories, prototypes, and test new features while managing the product lifecycle from inception to retirement.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure the product stays competitive. Drive improvements to enhance market position and address areas of weakness.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback loops and data-driven decision-making to refine the product and processes continuously.
Requirements
·Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful B2C products. Good to have prior experience working with fintech product before.
·Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a passion for building innovative solutions.
·Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making, with a metrics-driven approach.
·Agile Expertise: Experience with agile scrum development and lean startup principles.
·Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
·Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
·Adaptability: Ability to navigate platform limitations while delivering creative solutions.
·Market Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in gamification and rewards to attract affluent B2C customers.
