The DORA Register of Information (ROI) is a key element of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), designed to strengthen oversight of third-party risk in financial institutions like Bitstamp. As we gear up for DORA's implementation in January 2025, we are in search for administrative assistance, so this position offers a unique opportunity for interns or entry level colleagues to contribute to a high-impact project while gaining valuable hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, project management, and financial resilience frameworks.

What you'll do
- Conduct gap analysis of existing information fields and align them with the DORA standard templates.
- Assist in designing and managing relational structures for services and service provider catalogs.
- Validate existing data accuracy and gather missing information.
- Help establish and maintain procedures for managing and updating records in line with DORA requirements.
- Support project management tasks, including reporting, status updates, and process documentation.
- Collaborate across teams to implement internal and regulatory reporting processes.
On day one you'll bring
- Administrative experience with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills (analytical, structured, and organized).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Knowledgeable about DORA, third-party risk management, or relational databases is a plus.
Job Details
- Commitment: cca. 4 days a week.
- Duration: Minimum 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
