This is a 12-week internship during summer 2025.
As a People Operations Intern, you will learn the ins-and-outs of an HR scaled services organization. You will work within the People Operations team to optimize operational processes for efficiency, as well as contribute to strategic initiatives to improve our employee experience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR service delivery, process improvement, and HR technology enablement.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Collaborate with team members to assess and document current HR processes. Perform root cause analysis toIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Analyze data to identify trends in HR service delivery and propose solutions to create better business outcomes
- Collect and organize data related to success metrics, such as key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create process flowcharts and diagrams to visualize current and future-state processes
- Prepare clear and concise documentation of process improvements
- Participate in process testing and validation to ensure that changes yield the desired results
- Learn, master, and delivery common HR services
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- An interest in business process improvement
Nice to haves:
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business, management, or a related field
- Experience with HR tools, such as Workday and Greenhouse
- Experience with BI tools, such as Looker
- Experience with a ticketing system, such as Jira or Service Now
