Not only in terms of growth, but also in regards of the changes we have been going through, quickly maturing from a crypto start-up to the scale-up phase we are currently in.

With more than 60 employees working at Coinmetro, we want to continue our growth in 2022 and our team in Mexico is looking for enthusiastic individual who would like be a part of the team and support our operations at our freshly opened office in Cancun, Mexico.

Main responsibilities

Assist with organizing office operations, procedures, events and meetings.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Make sure that office policies and procedures are being followed.
Make sure that the office closes and opens on the agreed upon times. Be available during office hours (9am to 5pm) for any support that Coinmetro staff may have regarding the office.
Order and maintain office supplies and work equipment for the employees as directed (prevent loss of inventory).
Make sure the office's assets are maintained in a good state (Refrigerator, coffee machine, ping pong table, tables and chairs). Report any abnormalities.
Maintain a filing system and keep (as well conduct) monthly inventory of everything bought for the office.
Make sure that the office is clean, relying on the cleaning person.
Address employees queries regarding office management issues and fix any issues(e.g. stationery, office access cards, fingerprint reader, printers, internet connection etc).
Liaise and maintain good relationships with facility management and vendors (e.g internet, building admins, cleaning and other services).
Act as support and point of contact for team and external partners.
Provide administrative support for all departments in Mexico.

Requirements

Proactive and have excellent attitude and flexibility
Previous office assistant work experience or related
Punctuality, trustworthiness, and reliability
Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Excel)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English - verbal and written
Drivers license is a plus
