Bitcoin.com is looking for a motivated Associate-level Media Operations team member to support our mission of economic freedom by strengthening media operations and assisting the Sales & BD team. With over 75 million wallets created and a global user base, Bitcoin.com is redefining how individuals engage with digital finance. As a Media Operations Associate, you’ll contribute to social media execution, SEO efforts, and day-to-day operational support while developing skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities & Core Competencies

Social Media & Content Support

Assist with posting on X (Twitter) and other social media tasks.
Contribute to SEO initiatives and basic copywriting efforts.
Support media operations and scheduling to ensure timely execution.

Sales & BD Team Support

Provide day-to-day assistance with sales and partnership activities.
Step in to cover operational needs across time zones (as Aisha logs off).

Tool Proficiency & Workflow Management

Utilize tools such as Canva (essential), Photoshop/Photopea, and social media platforms.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to streamline workflows.
Apply attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.

Professionalism & Growth Mindset

Communicate effectively across written and verbal channels.
Stay adaptable and reliable in a remote, fast-paced setup.
Demonstrate passion, energy, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

~2 years of experience in social media, media operations, or a related field (internship experience acceptable).
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop/Photopea, and social platforms.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) in daily work.
Strong English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.

Nice to Have

Background in a social media agency or similar environment.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
Prior exposure to sales or partnership support tasks.
