As a Senior Institutional Sales Manager at Finoa, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our services among institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and financial institutions. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring Finoa’s solutions are positioned as the go-to choice for secure and compliant crypto asset management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional and B2B sales, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a passion for the crypto and blockchain ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth and establish Finoa as a trusted partner in the digital asset space.
Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, and onboard institutional clients in target markets, aligning their needs with Finoa’s solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at institutional clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Product Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into Finoa’s product offerings and the broader crypto ecosystem, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless client experiences.
Market Research: Stay informed about trends, developments, and opportunities within the institutional investment and crypto sectors to inform sales strategies.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and Finoa.
Client Education: Educate potential and existing clients on Finoa’s products and services, addressing their concerns and providing tailored solutions to their needs.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to relay to the product and leadership teams, ensuring continuous improvement of Finoa’s offerings.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales or business development, preferably in the financial services or crypto industries.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of institutional investment practices, financial markets, and the crypto ecosystem, including blockchain technology and digital assets.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills and individual contributor mentality.
Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
