About The Role
21Shares US is eager to hire a Capital Markets Associate to provide support for 21Shares ETFs in the US markets by working with market participants to enhance the 21Shares ETF trading ecosystem. 21Shares has a suite of spot and active ETFs in the US, with plans to continue expanding our offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing ETF surveillance by monitoring day-to-day market quality of ETF products including volume, primary market flows, and spreads.
- Working closely with market participants, including, but not limited to, Authorized Participants (APs), Lead Market Makers (LMMs) and Market Makers (MMs) on their activity and liaising with operations teams at 21Shares.
- Educating market participants on products, primary market, and trading.
- Identify trades and trends in the market to support internal stakeholders.
- Assist the team with various requests from Authorized Participants, Market Makers, clients, and sales team.
- Assist in the development of research materials and market reports to support investment decisions and serve as content to share with clients.
- Assisting clients in achieving efficient execution when trading our ETFs.
- Assisting in the launch of new products, ensuring strong execution and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant ETF experience, experience trading crypto assets, and a strong understanding of blockchain technology and the unique characteristics of crypto assets and their market dynamics is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- A strong interest in exchanges traded funds, financial markets, and cryptocurrency.
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results and operate independently.
(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
