Cboe Clear Europe is a pan-European Central Counterparty, the most connected CCP in Europe - offering clearing services to 46 trading venues. Cboe Clear Europe is approved to clear cash equities, depositary receipts, ETFs, equity derivatives (index futures and options) contracts and Securities financing transactions
The clearing services of Cboe Clear Europe enable Clearing Participants to manage their counterparty credit risk and also to maximise operational efficiencies through automated processing and the provision of netting opportunities.

Cboe Clear Europe N.V. is headquartered in Amsterdam and was formed in the Netherlands in December 2013 following the combination of European Multilateral Clearing Facility N.V. (EMCF) and European Central Counterparty Limited (ECCP Limited), both of which were incorporated in 2007. On 1 July 2020, Cboe Worldwide Holdings Limited, an affiliate of the Cboe group, acquired 100% of Cboe Clear Europe.
Location Overview
Our offices are in the prestigious Symphony Offices in the heart of Amsterdam’s financial district. Offering 360-degree views of the city, the workspace is filled with natural light, thanks to spacious floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern layout provides a comfortable and inspiring environment for work, with a well-designed breakout area for informal meetings and relaxation.
The building also features a restaurant on the ground floor, making it convenient for lunches and coffee breaks. With excellent transportation links, the office is easily accessible—just under a 20-minute journey from Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Centraal.
Role Overview
The Change and Business team is hiring for a Teamlead Change & Business Management (CBM)
The CBM team represents the Middle & Back Office team (MBO) in change and projects that impact the operational process for cash equity, derivatives and SFT clearing. These changes typically relate to new commercial initiatives, expansion of Cboe Clears product range, new regulations or market standards. Change requests can also be initiated by the MBO team to improve processes and are managed and implemented by the CBM team.
Alongside the MBO team, the CBM team frequently interacts with Legal & Compliance, Network Management, Client Management, Sales & Business Development, Project Management, Risk Management, and Software Engineering teams. The team lead plays a key role in this structure, acting as a central figure who connects and coordinates these various functions.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Manage the Change and Business management team.
- Offer subject matter expertise, support, and coaching to CBM team members.
- Assist the team in drafting and validating business requirements
- Validate, describe and support Change Requests into IT enhancements and department roll-out upon management approval and prioritisation. Report on progress of these changes.
- Provide management with clear and concise advice on MBO matters, including changes and explanations, trough memos, presentations, or other formats.
- Overseeing all the changes the CBM team is working on and future changes.
- Proactively consider automation of operational processes to ensure the firm invests in straight through processing.
- Agree documentation and controls for (new) operational processes.
- Initiate updates to Operational Procedures (PTSA), Clearing Rules, internal procedures and work instructions when impacted by change.

- Has a curious mindset
- Has project management skills
- Has knowledge and experience in the post-trade environment, preferably in clearing
- Fosters a culture of continuous process improvement;
- Is customer-friendly and has strong stakeholder management skills
- Is a self-starter and has a pro-active work stance;
- Is up to date with market developments and regulations.

- Has 7 years work experience in related field & role
