Job Description
The Senior QA Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software. This senior position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and execution of both automated and manual tests for our financial services applications. A key objective is to design and implement an automated testing framework that achieves at least 80% test coverage across all web browsers and mobile devices, ultimately minimizing manual testing efforts. This position reports directly to the VP of Application Architecture and Development.
You Will
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers, reviewing features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and providing accurate effort estimations
Your Skills
Your Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with 15+ years of hands-on experience in automated QA testing
10+ years of experience working with commercial or open-source test automation frameworks (e.g., BrowserStack, Spock, Selenium)
