Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, a deep understanding of compensation and benefits, and at least 6 years of experience in the human resources field. As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing HR processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Your contributions will help streamline HR functions and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
Coordinate with HR teams to implement and improve operational processes, procedures, and systems.
Lead HRIS management, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and performance management systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the development and administration of compensation structures and employee benefit programs.
Analyze market data and trends to ensure competitive salary offerings and benefit packages.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and policies.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Handle employee relations matters, providing support to managers and employees on various HR issues.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct investigations as necessary and recommend corrective actions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate HR-related reports, including headcount, turnover, and compensation data.
Provide insights into HR metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement in HR operations.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with HR leadership to implement HR strategies and business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with compensation analysis, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Regional Experience is a Plus Point ( Eg : Japan, UAE )
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
