About the Role
Billfazz & Payments, a business unit under Fazz Agen, specializes in B2B sales. We provide an extensive network of biller and utility services, along with a diverse range of payment solutions, including payment acceptance and fund disbursement. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support our market expansion efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
What You Will Do:
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to business growth.
- Drive client acquisition and identify new market opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts.
- Conduct in-depth market research and gather insights to assess potential growth areas.
- Evaluate prospective clients and coordinate meetings for high-value opportunities in collaboration with the team.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and analyzing prospective clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports and insights to the Business Development team to enhance strategic decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in sales/business development, experience in B2B partnerships is a significant advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communication, Business, or Management.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the Financial Technology industry.
- Highly proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Open to fresh graduates.
