About The Role
None of these are hard-requirements, but this role could be a good fit if:
- You’re crypto-native or crypto-curious. You’ve used crypto in some capacity (bought a memecoin, transacted in stablecoins, built a project etc.) and believe in it as a tool that enables payments and speculation.
- You have 2+ years of smart contract and backend development. You have built backend applications in Typescript and have experience with smart contract development in Solidity for the Ethereum ecosystem and Rust / Anchor in the Solana ecosystem.
- You’re excited about being an early engineer at a fast-moving startup. You want to work with other talented, driven folks to help manifest our vision and build a product that people love. You’re excited to navigate into the unknowns of building the company out and are ready to play a key part in shaping the trajectory.
- You’re an owner and a doer. You take ownership and responsibility for your work and have the company’s best interest in the work you do. You’re not afraid to dive head-first and figure it out. You care and try hard.
- You’re detail-oriented and proactive. You have an eye for detail and are meticulous about your work. You take the first step and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- You have great taste. You care about and appreciate craft in your day-to-day life (products you see, the videos you watch etc.). You’re inspired to apply the same mentality to your work.
