We’re looking for fintech enthusiasts to join us in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. We’re building the first European Investment API to enable any financial institution offering a wide range of efficient and transparent investment products, such as stocks and ETFs in nominal, portfolio, and fractional form. Our mission and vision is to make investing as easy as spending money.
We’re based in Berlin but are also open to hiring remotely in Germany for this role. If you're currently based elsewhere but would like to move to Germany, we’re happy to support your relocation.
Your Mission:
At Upvest, the Client Impact team is at the heart of our strategy, ensuring a seamless and outstanding experience for our clients—from onboarding to long-term success. Our mission is to empower clients at every stage by providing exceptional support, strategic guidance, and technical expertise.
You will be part of a cross-functional team that plays a pivotal role in delivering Upvest’s mission. Client Impact is structured into four key areas:
- Launch (7 FTE): Leads clients from signing to go-live, collaborating closely with internal teams—especially Product—and client counterparts.
- Account Management (3 FTE): Owns post-go-live client relationships, driving satisfaction, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
- Client Experience (4 FTE): Serves as the first point of contact for B2B operational support, working in sync with middle and back-office teams.
- Integration Success (2 FTE): Provides technical B2B support, ensuring smooth client setups, launches, and API governance.

This role offers you the opportunity to:

- Get top-tier client exposure through direct involvement in business critical launch projects.
- Establish and oversee Client Impact Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive performance and measure success within the department.
- Set up KPIs and reporting standards to steer the department
- Support and work directly VP Client Impact.
Job Requirements
You have:
- You have several years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a focus on financial services or in the strategy department of a top tier fintech.
- You excel at analysing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving towards measurable outcomes.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals.
- You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapt quickly to new challenges, and are eager to take on tasks beyond your typical scope of ownership.
- You enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives while also diving into the details to ensure flawless execution.
